The Walking Embodiment of Intrusive Thoughts

The Walking Embodiment of Intrusive Thoughts is my newest release. It holds memories, poems, & journal excerpts from my life. It is a personal project, basically my entire heart within a book.
Check it out if you want to get way too personal.

Twenty-Somethings

Twenty-Somethings is book one of The Mirrored Universe. It is also my debut novel.

I have learned a lot while writing this book, but mostly I learned about myself. The characters became my friends, and I ended up laughing and crying with them after my own friends and children would go to bed.

I had a really hard time categorizing this novel, but I ended up choosing fictional fantasy. It is set within our world, but has elements of magical realism and surrealism.

The story centers around four adults in their mid-twenties, experiencing very different problems that seem to consume their lives. Each of them seems to be lost and confused, trying desperately to find answers to why and how life got to the point it’s at for them. Grace is a young, single girl who just wants to enjoy life, Tallie is a new mama who is isolated and lonely despite being in a loving marriage, Frankie is a reserved barista who has had the same group of friends since high school, and Finn is a family man who just lost the core of his identity. Come on their journey with them as they battle the chaos, the mundane, and the magic within the universe.

book 2 of the mirrored universe

Book two of The Mirrored Universe will be the second installment following Twenty-Somethings. It is expected to be released Nov. 2024.
